Castelao Adiciones offers structural design services, interactive CAD plans, office expansion budgets, and prefabricated material catalogs for real estate developers and B2B construction companies in Argentina. The scope of each project is defined in the specific contract signed between the parties.
The client agrees to provide truthful information about the existing property, municipal permits, and zoning restrictions. Any omission or incorrect data may delay the schedule and modify the initial budget. Castelao Adiciones is not responsible for undeclared hidden defects.
The CAD plans, calculation reports, and technical documents delivered are the property of Castelao Adiciones until full payment for the service is received. The client may not reproduce, modify, or use them for projects other than the contracted one without written authorization. Non-compliance will lead to legal action.
Estimated deadlines are based on normal construction conditions and material availability. Delays due to weather, strikes, supply shortages, or modifications requested by the client shall not be attributable to Castelao Adiciones. Any significant deviation will be notified in writing within 5 business days.
Budgets are valid for 30 consecutive days. Payment is made in the stages agreed upon in the contract: 30% advance payment, intermediate milestones, and balance upon delivery of final documentation. No refunds are accepted once the design has started. For early cancellations, a penalty of 20% of the total amount applies.
